Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat cover protecting a seat of a vehicle with primer mover comprising plastic film which can be mechanically produced and fitted in a factory and which protects the seat more effectively and perfectly than hitherto until the vehicle is delivered to a customer.
SOLUTION: This seat cover is provided with a continuous front face position 7 protecting the seat face and the back face of the seat and a back face position 8 connected to the front face position by lateral welded parts 9, 19. The back face position 8 connected to the front face position forms a back seat pocket 6 containing the back seat and a seat pocket 5 surrounding a seat bolster. The back seat 8 formed together with the seal pocket 5 is provided with a protection piece 12 surrounding the side face of the seat bolster and having a U-shape formed by a punched hole 11. The front face position 7 is provided with protection elements 17 at both sides respectively to cover the hinge area of the seat, in an area defined for the gap between the back seat and the seat bolster.
