Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a device by sticking an upper engaging part which extends downward along a standing part of a rotational plate to the lower surface of a seat belt fixing part of the rotational plate so as to form closed cross section with the standing part of the rotational plate, and by sticking a lower engaging part which engages with the upper engaging part when a seat is forward or backward. SOLUTION: When seat belt load is impressed onto a rotational plate 2, the rotational plate 2 is prevented from separating from a fixing plate 1 because a rear upper engaging member 62 engages with a rear lower engaging member 63. At this time, seat belt load impressing onto the rotational plate 2 transfers to the fixing plate 1 through a standing part 28 and each engaging member 62, 63, but the standing part 28 dose not deform because the standing part 28 and the rear upper-engaging member 62 form a closed cross section. The front side of the rotational plate 2 dose not require reinforcement because a standing part 27 and a front upper engaging member 61 form a closed cross section like on the rear side. Because the front upper engaging member 61 can be eliminated, a device can be miniaturized even when it is applied to a large seat.
