To detect a seated lowered state and a non-seated raised state of a driver's seat in a front facing state, and a back facing state of the driver's seat with simple structure.
A detecting switch 92 is fixed to the vehicle body side, and a seat mounting body 57 is provided with a switch operating part 93. When the driver's seat 5 is put in a seated state in the case of being put in the front facing state with low connection height, the switch operating part 93 is lowered to perform pressing operation of an operating arm 92a of the detecting switch 92, and the detecting switch 92 is put in a state of the operating arm 92a being operated into a seating detection region A. In the non-seated state, the switch operating part 93 rises to perform pressing operation of the operating arm 92a, and the detecting switch 92 is put in a state of the operating arm 92a being operated into a non-seating detection region B. When the driver's seat 5 is put in a back facing state with high connection height, the switch operating part 93 further rises away from the operating arm 92a, and the detecting switch 92 is put in a state of the operating arm 92a being raised into a back facing detection region C.
