To provide an inexpensive cold storage member, a cold storage apparatus, and a freezer excellent in durability and performance for a very low temperature freezer.
There is provided a seat type cold storage member in which at least one layer of particles comprising many small spherical structures and powdered pieces or fine powder structure having relatively uniform particle sizes are bonded and formed on one surface or both surfaces of a very thin seat shaped carrier, and a cold storage apparatus or a freezer using the seat shaped cold storage member. The particles are aligned utilizing an arrangement plate. Many small holes may be formed at substantially intermediate positions among small adjacent holes in the arrangement substrate of the seat carrier for improving gas flow passage efficiency.
