To provide a seat for a vehicle which achieves an excellent designing and an upgraded cushioning property and an improved comfortableness in sitting and also enables inexpensive mass production.

In this seat, a molded cushion body 11 having a groove 12 for drawing on the surface thereof is covered with a skin material 1, a top plate part thereof is bonded on the upper surface of the molded cushion body 11 while a part of the top plate part is drawn into the groove 12 as valley- shaped drawn part 4 to bond a jutted end thereof on the centerline of the bottom of the groove as narrow bonded part 5 so that the groove 12 is sectioned below the valley-shaped drawn part 4 to form roughly triangular cylinder-shaped hollow parts 12a and 12a. The skin material is sucked and held into a lower mold where a plug exists on a mold surface to apply a shape onto the valley- shaped drawn part. Then, a molded cushion body having the groove with an angular cross section is placed and pressurized and the top plate part is bonded integral thereon. At the same time, the jutted end of the valley-shaped drawn part is bonded on the center line of the surface of the groove as narrow bonded part.
