A movable seat 40 is connected to a rotation support section 30 through a connection means 70 comprising a four joint parallel link 73 comprising a first connection link 74 and a second connection link 75, and a restriction link 76, and can come out and return through a door opening 13 by the turning of the four joint parallel link 73 and can move upward and downward outside of the car. While the movable seat 40 is at a projected position outside of the car, the movable seat 40 can be supported without fail by the first and second connection links 74 and 75 and the restriction link 76. In other words, sufficient rigidity can be given to the movable seat 40 even at a projected position without enlarging the connection means 70.
