Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat for a vehicle in which a seat main body does not leave off the vehicle when shock is applied to the vehicle.
SOLUTION: The seat for a vehicle is provided with a seat main body 10, a hoisting and lowering mechanism 50b which forces the seat main body 10 to shift in the longitudinal direction thereof and hoist and lower, and a direction changing mechanism 50a which integrally rotates the hoisting and lowering mechanism 50b and the seat main body 10 and changes the direction of the seat main body 10. In this seat, a shock locking mechanism 30 which connects the seat main body 10 with the vehicle so as not to relatively move when the shock is applied to the vehicle in a state where the seat main body 10 is lowered in a seating position inside of a cabin by the hoisting and lowering mechanism 50b is provided. With this reason, when the shock is applied to the vehicle in a state where an occupant is seated on the seat main body during traveling of the vehicle, the shock locking mechanism acts thereon and the seat main body and the vehicle are locked so as not to relatively move.
