To provide a seating auxiliary device with a toilet bowl where toilet paper is held at a position where a user can easily use it.
The seating auxiliary device with the toilet is provided with: a main body 1 having a pair of side bodies 3 which are connected at a prescribed interval; a seat 6 which has a front end part in a front and rear direction connected turnably to the front end part of the pair of side bodies; a gas spring 15 which drives the seat in the rising direction of a rear end part with the front end as a fulcrum; the toilet bowl provided in a space part between the pair of side bodies in a state where it can be put in and out; armrests 13 which are provided on both of the sides in the width direction of the seat via support members 12, respectively; screw holes 24 provided at at least two of three places corresponding to the front side, rear side, and the outside in the width direction of the main body at the support members 12; a shaft member 25 which has its proximal end fitted detachably to one of the plurality of screw holes, and holds the rolled toilet paper 27.
