The seat back includes: a seat back frame made of metal; and a seat back cushion material, in which a cylindrical stretchable/contractible elastic cloth, worn on the frame, is integrally formed on the outer surface with an elastic foam. The seating part seat includes: a seating part seat frame made of metal, mounted with sub-frames on the upper both sides; and a seating part seat cushion material, in which the cylindrical stretchable/contractible elastic cloth, worn on the sub frames, is integrally formed on the outer surface with the elastic foam. The cylindrical stretchable/contractible elastic cloth is preferably constituted with a cloth material, in which organic polymer fibers with rubbe-like elasticity are formed into a cloth shape.
