Abstract:
To provide a new means easily and accurately detecting the behavior of a target molecule in a cell membrane.
The secretion controlling probe contains an interaction molecule interacting with a target molecule in a cell membrane and a secretory protein (and reporter) integrated with the interaction molecule and secreting the protein from the cell exclusively when the target molecule is present in the cell membrane.
