Abstract:
To provide a sectional type tire mold capable of sharply reducing the production cost of a mold.
In the sectional type tire mold constituted of a plurality of sectors formed by dividing a tread pattern molding part in a tire peripheral direction, each of the sectors 13 is constituted of a combination composed of a back part 12 made of a metal and a pattern part 11 having a tread pattern molding surface and the pattern part 11 is formed into a flat plate shape from a flexible material and can be curved and deformed to be fitted to the back part 12 in a freely detachable manner.
