Abstract:
To notify a user of the occurrence of an abnormality by a voice guide according to an individual user when the abnormality occurs in a house.
When the abnormality is detected by a sensor 12, user information and sensor information corresponding to the sensor 12 by which the abnormality is detected are read from a memory 102B, text information is created on the basis of the read user information and sensor information, the created text information is made into voice and notified to one or more terminals 4. Thus, a user is more exactly notified of the occurrence of abnormality in the house 1 by voice.
