Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enter a room of a manager room such as an apartment house for managing a key of a common use space of a building, by enabling authentication of not only a manager but also a specific person, in an emergency of interrupting power source supply from a main power source.SOLUTION: A security system comprises a main authentication part for authenticating first approval data on a manager inputted from approval data acquiring means while receiving electric power supply from a main power source, a sub-authentication part for authenticating not only the first approval data of the manager but also second approval data on a specific person except for the manager while receiving the electric power supply from an auxiliary power source when receiving a power failure notification signal switched to the auxiliary power source from the main power source and a lock control part for executing unlocking of a lock device of a door of a manager room by establishment of authentication of the sub-authentication part, and the power failure notification signal is automatically transmitted from power failure notification means on condition that the main power source causes power failure, and the lock control part switches to the sub-authentication part from the main authentication part via authentication part switching means.
