PURPOSE: To notify emergency through talking by cutting off an emergency notifying equipment from a line when a connection request comes while the emergency notifying equipment acquires the line so as to connect a slave telephone set to a external line with priority.
CONSTITUTION: When the slave telephone set 3 desires to make a phone call to a police or a fire station while the emergency notifying equipment 2 applies emergency notice, an external line connection request means provided to the slave telephone set 3 is operated and a line connection request is sent from a terminal control section 13 to a main control section 11. Then a realy Ry1 is opened in the main control section 11 to cut off an internal line 5 from the external line 4 and to send a line release notice to the terminal control section 12 of the emergency notice equipment 2 and to start time count at the same time. The terminal control section 12 opens the relay Ry2 to stop the emergency notice and a terminal control section 13 of the slave telephone set 3 closes the relay Ry3. When a prescribed waiting time T1∼3sec) elapses, the main control section 11 closes the relay Ry1 to connect a telephone set 14 to the external line 4.
