To provide a security terminal to provide exact position related information even when a user is disabled to move at a place where satellite radio waves from a GPS satellite are difficult to reach.
The security terminal is provided with a GPS receiving part 10, a communicating part 20, a control processing part 1 and a running mechanism part 30 to be driven according to control from the control processing part 1 and to move the terminal itself, the control processing part 1 discriminates the usable number of the GPS satellites C, specifies the radio wave receiving direction to a radio wave receiving position and the terminal itself is moved in the radio wave receiving direction by the running mechanism part 30 when the usable number of the GPS satellites is discriminated as equal to or less than two. For example, even when the satellite radio waves from the GPS satellites C are difficult to reach the GPS receiving part 10 and the usable number of the GPS satellites C is equal to or less than two at a position where the user is disabled to walk, the terminal itself moves to the radio wave receiving position and exact position survey data is transmitted to an information processing center B by moving the terminal itself to the radio wave receiving direction.
