Title:
SECURITY WIRELESS TRANSMITTER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH04123626
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To miniaturize and thin this transmitter by connecting selectively an IC package to a conductive pattern with a bonding wire in an uncovered and bare state and setting an ID code.

CONSTITUTION: 19 conductive terminal parts 1a in 44 pieces provided on an IC chip 1 side are allocated in order to set the ID code of 19 bits, and 19 conductive terminal parts 1a, and 19 conductive patterns 2 connected to a ground are connected selectively by a bonding wire 3. In such a manner, the conductive terminal part 1a connected to the conductive pattern 2 connected to a ground by the bonding wire 3, and the conductive terminal part 1a which is not connected to the conductive pattern 2 connected to a ground become an L level and an H level, respectively, therefore, by combining them, the ID code of 19 bits can be set.
