PURPOSE: To prevent deviation of seeding spots from the desired positions by forming projecting parts between discharging holes on the lower bottom surface of a fixed plate having the seed-discharging holes.

CONSTITUTION: Many seeds (S) are put on a mobile plate 2 surrounded by side plates 4a and then shaken left and right, back and forth so as to be put in respective feed holes 2a the lower opening of which is shut by a fixed plate 1. Projection parts 3 of the bottom surface of the fixed plate 1 are subsequently engaged in respective valley parts p2 between pots (p) of a raising unit (P) arranged on the bed soil (B) in a raising box (C) so as to fit seed-discharging holes 1a of the fixed plate 1 to germination holes (p1) of the pots (p) without fail. The mobile plate 2 is then slided iu order to discharge the seeds (S) held in the feed holes 2a through the discharging-holes 1a of the fixed plate 1, thus carrying out seeding.
