Abstract:
PURPOSE: To regularly plant seedlings divided with a dividing tine on the surface of a field without the scattering and falling of the leaves and stems of the seedlings in a planting work using the seedling-dividing tine.
CONSTITUTION: The center part of the front edge 8a of a dividing tine 6 is notched from the lower part to the upper part to form a forked part, and tapered surfaces which each is shallow on the side of the side edge 8c and which each is deep on the side of the forked space 8b are continuously formed on the surface of the front edge 8a of the forked part to form a depressed surface 8d. The leaves and stems of the divided and nipped seedlings are supported on the side of the depressed part 8b.
