In attaching a manuring means 15 to a seedling transplanter vertically movably equipped with seedling transplanting means 6 between front and rear traveling wheels fixed to a traveling machine body 1, an application driving part 17 and a fertilizer tank 22 constituting the manuring means 15 are arranged ahead the seedling transplanting means 6 on the traveling machine body 1. In the operation, preferably the fertilizer tank 22 is positioned between the front and rear traveling wheels and attached to the traveling machine body 1. Preferably, the seedling transplanting means 6 is equipped with a central seedling transplanting means installed inside a right and left machine body frames 1a and a pair of a right and a left seedling transplanting means installed at both right and left outsides of the machine body frames 1a, and the application driving part 17 is attached to the machine body frames 1a nipped by the seedling transplanting means 6 at both the right and left sides.
