PURPOSE: To prevent the output of an unnecessary segment and to prevent such situation that editing output is stopped halfway since it exceeds the output limiting value of a computer system by designating a requited segment in a parameter file.

CONSTITUTION: A parameter read means 11 reading the parameter file designating the parameter file designating the required segment, a table generation means 12 analyzing a having read parameter and storing the required segment into a segment control table, a segment judgement means 13 judging whether the segment is edited and outputted in accordance with the segment control table and a segment editing output means 14 reading the segment instructed from the segment file storing the segment peculiar to a transaction processing system, which is adopted when the transaction processing system is abnormal and editing/outputting the segment are included.
