Title:
SELECTION METHOD FOR NUCLEIC ACID SPECIFICALLY BONDING TO TARGET MOLECULE OF TARGET CELL SURFACE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2012196197
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a method for easily obtaining a nucleic acid chain specifically bonding to target protein on the surface of a cell characteristic of the specific cell.

Membrane protein is decomposed by making a proteolytic enzyme such as a protease decomposing the membrane surface protein or the like act after bonding a nucleic acid chain candidate to the protein or the like on the cell surface so as to purify and collect the nucleic acid chain candidate specifically bonding to the target protein on the specific cell surface, so that the nucleic acid chain can be collected.
