CONSTITUTION: In the automatic display system (AVM) of vehicle position or the like (AVM) in which a base station and vehicles are connected through radio channels and the base station collects and manages vehicle information, A clock section 6 generating the time information adding vehicle information to be sent to a vehicle is provided to the base station, a 1st memory 31 storing newest vehicle information of each vehicle, a 2nd memory 32 storing plural vehicle allocation condition elements and an information processing means 2 are provided. The information processing means 2 extracts a desired element from among plural vehicle allocation condition elements before the start of operation to set the vehicle allocation condition and when a vehicle allocation request content from a customer is inputted, the set vehicle allocation condition and the stored vehicle information are collated and an applicable vehicle is selected and the selected vehicle is automatically allocated.
