PURPOSE: To provide a self-actuated power generating machine wherein power can be generated with no fuel by utilizing dropping force of a weight safely with an easy feeling and no public pollution without noise, movable and easy to handle widely available for various electric actions also providing a good effect for an earth environment.

CONSTITUTION: A lever type is formed by positioning a deflected center change point of a bar 4, provided with weights 1, 2 in both ends, with a main shaft 5 serving as a supporting point, and the weight 1 in a long arm side starts self dropping to reach a curve start point (a) of an electromagnetic force plate 3, advance to be lifted and to reach a curve end point (b). During this time, by moving also the weight-provided bar 4 slid and floated simultaneously in a main shaft pipe 6, a lever type is again formed by a position relation between the main shaft and the bar. Since a lever type motion is successively repeated alternately by three sets of the weight-provided bars 4, the main shaft is continued to be rotated. A gear of the main shaft is rotated at a high speed by a carrier gear group to generate power by turning a generator. By returning this electric power, after charging a storage battery, to the electromagnetic force plate 3, continuous rotation is performed.
