A raceway surface 11 is formed on the surface of a shaft 1 and for it a corresponding outer ring 2 is arranged. Multiple balls 3 are arranged so that they can universally roll on and between the raceway surface 11 for the shaft 1 and the outer ring 2 and a spherical raceway surface 21 under the full ball type. The outer ring 2 can be used as a wheel as it is only by forming an opening 23 to insert the ball in one end of the outer ring 2 in the shaft direction, closing the side ring 4 of the opening 23, and fixing the shaft 1 on the chassis of a toy racing car or the like.
