To provide a self-assembly furniture having a simple structure and assembling process and retaining a desired strength.
The self-assembly furniture includes: at least one plate member 1 having at least one fitting hole 11; at least one plate-shaped reinforcing plate member 2 having a fitting hole 21 larger than the fitting hole 11 of the plate member 1; at least one pillar member 3, the end of which is continuously provided with two-step fitting portion composed of a first fitting portion having a height corresponding to the thickness t1 of the plate member 1 and a cross-sectional shape corresponding to the fitting hole 11 of the plate member 1, and a second fitting portion having a height corresponding to the thickness t2 of the reinforcing plate member 2 and a cross-sectional shape corresponding to the fitting hole 21 of the reinforcing plate member 2. The end of the pillar member 3 is fitted with and connected with the fitting hole 11 of the plate member 1 to be assembled.
