Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable integration and densification by disposing an intermediate stop mechanism around a driving gear for a self-closing type sliding door, to easily set an intermediate stop force and to lengthen a lifetime.
SOLUTION: The self-closing type sliding door device 1 comprises a rack 14 mounted to the approximately intermediate section in the longitudinal direction of a rail 11 and having a rack surface 140 on a surface, a runner member 15 secured on the end section side of a door body 10 and traveling on the rail 11, the driving gear 2 installed in the intermediate site of the door body 10 and having a gear surface 20 projected to be engaged with the rack surface 140 and a winding spring 23 fitted to cause a self-closing force and the intermediate stop mechanism 3 engaged with the gear surface 20 of the driving gear 2 and locking the driving of the driving gear 2. The intermediate section of a base body section 30 is pivoted in a rockable manner at an approximately central part of a base body section 30 while being provided with a plurality of springs 33 and 34 arranged separately in the circumferential direction at a rear end section 31 and is provided with a guide member 35 for stopping rotation of the gear surface installed at the front end section 32 of the base body section 30.
