Abstract:
To provide an automatic driving vehicle which exerts effectiveness in capturing or arresting a perpetrator.SOLUTION: An automatic driving vehicle comprises: first switching means for switching from a manual driving mode to an automatic driving mode; second switching means for switching from the automatic driving mode to the manual driving mode; communication means for receiving notification from a monitoring camera system; and control means. The monitoring camera system transmits the notification when, on the basis of the result of comparison between a face image of a vehicle occupant captured by a monitoring camera and a face image of a specified person, it is determined that the occupant is the specified person. When receiving the notification that the occupant is the specified person from the monitoring camera system through the communication means, the control means makes the switching to the manual driving mode by the second switching means invalid or impossible when the own vehicle is in the automatic driving mode, and switches to the automatic driving mode by the first switching means when the own vehicle is in the manual driving mode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
