Abstract:
Disclosed is a self-heating fluid connector, for use with a fluid container (20) and a fluid delivery port (26) such as a baby's bottle and feeding teat. The connector comprises of a housing (21), fluid channels (31), and an initiator. The housing is provided with exothermic phase change material (30) and the fluid channels extend from one end of the housing to the other, in thermal communication with the exothermic phase change material. The initiator activates the exothermic phase change material so fluid passing through the fluid conduits is heated by the exothermic phase change material.
