A self-light emission type road rack not projected on the flat surface to be flat is embedded in both sides of the flat surface of the speed hump. The self-light emission type road tack is an LED flickering light emission type incorporating a day/night sensor. In the case of a dark environment such as nighttime using the invention, the self-light emission type road tack automatically flickers and emits light according to the incorporated day/night sensor, so that the driver can be simply informed of the location of the speed hump.
