Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a self-locking agent composition which has little effect on the work environment or the human body when polyamide powder and/or copolyamide powder are applied to a screw member such as a bolt, and enable the self-locking screw member to which the self-locking agent composition has been applied, to the performance equal to or greater than conventional self-locking.
SOLUTION: Polyamide powder and/or copolyamide powder, and isocyanate compound re dispersed in water solvent by the use of a surface active agent to thereby prepare a dispersed aqueous self-locking agent composition. Then the aqueous self-locking agent composition is applied to at least one portion of the screw surface of a screw member, and the self-locking screw member is heated-melted to solve the task.
