The self-ordering system comprises a plurality of touch-panel type self-order terminals which enable menu orders, shop assistant call, and other orders on a panel for each compartment or for each table in the shop; a self-ordering server where order information from the touch-panel type self-order terminals accumulates access logs via a hub and provides a variety of contents and other services; and a shop assistant terminal which displays a table layout drawing constituted on the basis of shop floor plan on the panel, enables the shop assistant to confirm the call contents from the customer, and to confirm an order list on each table.
