To provide a self-propelled treatment machine which can facilitate cooperative operation and fine adjustment of positional relation with a mating machine composing a system.

The self-propelled treatment machine for treating a material to be treated includes: a discharge side sensor 61 having a receiving portion 63 and a transmitting portion 64 for performing communication through communication media including light and ultrasonic waves and disposed on the lower part of an upward inclined part of a discharge conveyor 40; receiving side sensors 62a-62c each having a receiving portion 63 and a transmitting portion 64 and disposed on the receiving part side of a machine body; a storage part 72 for storing a target value of a distance between the mating machine's receiving side sensor or discharge side sensor and the own discharge side sensor 61 or receiving side sensors 62a-62c at system configuration, a procedure of controlling the own machine body according to the behavior of the mating machine, and a procedure of outputting information to the mating machine; and an instruction calculation part 73 for controlling the machine body based on information from the mating machine, obtained by at least one of the receiving portions 63 of the discharge side sensor 61 and the receiving side sensors 62a-62c.
