Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a polymer composite having good moldability and excellent strength and containing a reinforcement resin which is not in fibrous form but dispersed at the molecular level.

CONSTITUTION: This composite comprises a poly(amide imide) and, contained therein, a polyimide obtained by polymerizing pyromellitic dianhydride with o-chloro-p-phenylenediamine and/or p-phenylenediamine in the poly(amide imide).
