The retail sale terminal device, having a voice generating device, (a) operates the voice generating device to generate a 1st voice indication to a user as to the operation of the retail sale terminal device in a 1st voice type, (b) decides whether or not the user takes a 1st action indicating the user corresponding to the 1st voice indication on the retail sale terminal device and generates an adequate answer control signal according to the decision result, and (c) operates the voice generating device to generate a 2nd voice indication to the user as to the operation on the retail sale terminal device in a 2nd voice type on condition that the adequate answer control signal is not generated yet although a specific time is elapsed after the generation of the 1st voice indication.
