Abstract:

To very smoothly transfer earth and sand, a soil improving material, and improved soil obtained through uniform mixing of them, within a mixing container; to quickly and surely discharge the generated improved soil without retention, jamming and the like; and to smoothly actuate agitation and transfer means at light load.

The earth and sand and the soil improving material are transferred to an exit part as they are agitated and admixed by four paddle mixers 21a to 21d in the mixing container 20, and the transfer terminal position side bearing 31 of each of the rotating shafts 22a to 22d of the paddle mixers at the position of the exit part of the mixing container 20 is provided to be supported against a support hanger 32. The rotating shafts 22a and 22c are attached to the exit part and the rotating shafts 22b and 22d are attached to the transfer terminal side bearings 31 provided in positions upstream of the exit part. The rotating shafts 22a and 22c do not have paddles 23 at the attached parts of the transfer terminal side bearings 31, and the paddles 23 are provided again in a range from positions beyond connections with the transfer terminal side bearings 31 to end portions.
