Abstract:
To provide a self-weight dropping type handler capable of preventing a clogging of a device inside a chute.
In the self-weight type handier, in which the device is slid on the tilting chute so as to be conveyed toward a test head, the chute is vibrated by means of a vibrating means. The devices placed in a line on the chute are divided by a predetermined number by means of a dividing means. A film of a solid/liquid lubricant having a polar group is formed on the sliding face of the chute.
