CONSTITUTION: The title device is the selling time point information control terminal device to make a customer register and pay the merchandise, and has a first customer sensor 10 to detect the approach of the customer, a weigher 4 to measure a weight at the shed of the non-registered merchandise, a merchandise register 2 equipped with a scanner to read a bar code, a money receiving paying device 6 to receive and pay the money, a second customer sensor 11 to detect the leaving of the customer, a merchandise registering monitoring means 20 and a money receiving monitoring means 21. The merchandise registering monitoring means 20 promotes and monitors the merchandise registration based on the measured value by the weigher 4 and the registering condition in the merchandise register 2. The money receiving monitoring means 21 monitors the presence of the money reception from the merchandise registering starting time point up to the customer detecting time point of the second customer sensor 11 and in the case of no money reception, generates the alarm. The merchandise registering monitoring means 20 and the money receiving monitoring means are provided, the merchandise is registered by the customer with the merchandise register 2 and the money is paid by the money receiving paying device 6.
