Abstract:
To provide a semiconductor ceramic composition which is a barium titanate based semiconductor ceramic composition having same performance as conventional ceramic compositions using rare earth elements even when rare earth elements are not added to the barium titanate based semiconductor ceramic composition.
A semiconductor ceramic composition has a main component represented by a composition formula (1-x)(BaaMe1-a)TiO3-xBi(Mg0.5Ti0.5)O3, where a is 0.4950≤a≤0.9500, Me is any one kind of Sr or Ca or 2 or more kinds selected from a group consisting of Sr, Ca and Pb, x is 0.0020≤x≤0.0050 when Me is Sr or 2 or more kinds selected from a group of Sr, Ca and Pb and x is 0.0070≤x≤0.0090 when Me is Ca.
