Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device capable of reducing the loss irrespective of current area.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device in an embodiment, includes: a main switching circuit; at least one sub switching circuit; and a switch control circuit. The main switching circuit drives a motor by controlling to switch a current flowing on the motor. The sub switching circuit is connected to the main switching circuit in parallel, and when the sub switching circuit is driven, a part of the current is supplied to the motor. The switch control circuit controls the sub switching circuit to be driven or not according to the current.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
