Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a semiconductor device with a current constriction structure wherein leak current is reduced.
CONSTITUTION: The device is provided with a multiple quantum barrier structure 10 which has a current constriction structure and has a function of reflecting incident wave as wave and reflecting the wave having such a phase that the incident wave and reflection wave strengthen each other.
