Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency switching circuit capable of preventing deterioration in reception performance by suppressing a high harmonic wave of a transmission signal.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device according to an embodiment comprises: a first terminal that receives a high-frequency signal; and a second terminal that outputs the high-frequency signal. A first switching unit is provided on a path of the high-frequency signal between the first terminal and the second terminal. A second switching unit and an inductor are connected in series between the first terminal and a reference voltage. When the first switching unit is in a non-conduction state, the second switching unit is placed in a conduction state to short-circuit the first terminal to the reference voltage. When the first switching unit is in a conduction state, the second switching unit is placed in a non-conduction state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
