Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the influence of output fluctuation in a charge pump circuit.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device 100 comprises: a charge pump circuit 4 for generating a boosting voltage VCP higher than a power supply voltage Vbb; a smoothing circuit 15 for smoothing the boosting voltage VCP to generate a smoothed boosting voltage VCP2; and a post-stage circuit (e.g., overcurrent protection circuit 13) which operates when receiving supply of the smoothed boosting voltage VCP2. The smoothing circuit 15 includes: a current mirror 151 for generating a charging current Ic which fluctuated in a behavior similar to the boosting voltage VCP; and a capacitor 152 for outputting a charging voltage Vc corresponding the charging current Ic as a smoothed boosting voltage VCP.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
