Abstract:
To provide a semiconductor device including a nonvolatile memory capable of efficiently applying a voltage during write and erase operations while suppressing an increase in a circuit area.SOLUTION: A nonvolatile memory 1 includes: a transistor 101 configured to non-volatilely store data; and a diode D1 connected between a gate of the transistor 101 and a backgate of the transistor 101. Preferably, the diode D1 includes a transistor 102, and a gate of the transistor 102 and a source of the transistor 102 are connected to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
