Abstract:

To synchronize base-band LSI and logic LSI.

A terminal has a communication function constituted of a plurality of LSIs which operate in synchronation with different clocks, such as base band LSI (100) performing processings, such as modulation/demodulation of transmission/reception data and an application processor (300) performing a processing, such as compression/expansion of transmission/reception data. A function (AFC) for detecting deviation of a frequency of a clock signal based on time information for synchronism, which is included in reception data, and a terminal (130) or an interface outputting a signal including self-time information to an outer part are arranged in base band LSI. A terminal (330) or an interface for inputting a signal, including time information from the outer part, is disposed in the application processor. Signals (CKL0, TUS and TCC), including time information, are supplied from the base band LSI to the application processor.
