PURPOSE: To obtain a constant delay time without being affected by the fluctuation of a power source voltage.
CONSTITUTION: A second power source signal VCON from a constant voltage source circuit 24 generating a constant voltage signal by means of a first power source signal Vcc is supplied to a delay circuit 21 giving a signal from a first circuit system 22 to a second circuit system 23 while delaying the signal and which is sited between first and second circuit systems 22, 23 driven together by the first power source signal Vcc. Thus, a constant delay time without affected by the fluctuation of the power source voltage is obtained in the delay circuit 21. Respective components are formed on the same substrate and a constant voltage power source circuit preferably outputs a programmable output voltage.
