Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit by a MOSLSI which fetches an input signal in >=2 GHz frequency and performs logical processing. SOLUTION: In this MOS type circuit, working measurements of a design rule for fine processing are >=0.04 μm and <=0.18 μm. It contains a GHz band inputting part 5 which consists of a shift transistor 51 and a switch MOS transistor group 53 and a logical processing circuit part 2 that is connected to the part 5.
