Title:
SEMICONDUCTOR MEMORY DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS63209095
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To extremely effectively reduce the peak value of a consumed current by performing the restoring operation of a non-selected block after a prescribed delay elapses after the restoring operation of the selected block.

CONSTITUTION: A restoration circuit driving signal is divided into two systems the inverse of s0, the inverse of s1, and in respect of the selected block, the restoring operation is performed by trailing the s0, and a common node line S2p0, connected to a P channel transistor 3, is pulled up. Next, the inverse of s0 is trailed by making the leading of the pulled up common node line S2p0 a trigger, and the restoring operation is performed for the non-selected block. Thus, by providing a time difference between the restoring operations of the non-selected block and the selected block, a circuit operation, which is the cause of the generation of the peak of the consumed current, can be performed while being staggered within an inside, and the peak value of the consumed current can be reduced.
