Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor storage device in which power supply noise from other adjacent banks is reduced.SOLUTION: In a semiconductor storage device, a bank BK0 is provided so as to be adjacent to a power supply pad PDV for supplying a predetermined voltage in a D2 direction. The bank BK0 is sandwiched between the power supply pad PDV and a bank BK1 in the D2 direction. That is, the bank BK0 is provided near the power supply pad PDV, and the bank BK1 is provided far from the power supply pad PDV. The power supply pad PDV supplies the predetermined voltage to a sense amplifier/write driver 20b via power supply wiring VDL0.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
