Abstract:
To provide an apparatus for easily determining protease activity in a short time.
Tyrosinase is fixed to a carrier and filled in a column of a flow-injection sensor and a buffer solution containing casein and dihydroxy-L- phenylalanine is used as a carrier liquid. In a membrane-type sensor, tyrosinase is fixed to the membrane and a buffer solution containing casein and dihydroxy- L-phenylalanine is used as the specimen liquid to be tested.
