Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve transient response characteristics of a current sensor using a magnetic sensor.SOLUTION: A sensor device for detecting a current flowing through a current path comprises: a magnetic sensor which detects a magnetic field generated by the current flowing through the current path; and a conductive plate which is provided so as to face the magnetic sensor. The conductive plate includes: a first conductive part and a second conductive part being disposed so as to be spaced apart from each other at a position where the magnetic sensor is disposed in a plane view and forming a first slit; a third conductive part and a fourth conductive part being positioned at both sides of the first slit in an extension direction thereof at a position where the magnetic sensor is disposed in the plane view; and a second slit which further extends from an end part at a third conductive part side of the first slit along the third conductive part and reaching an outer periphery of the conductive plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
